MICHELE M. TUMAN has more than 20 years of civil litigation experience.  She has represented individuals and entities in courts throughout California.  Her practice has included the management of all kinds of complex civil litigation, including but not limited to products and premises liability, legal and health care malpractice, toxic torts and commercial litigation. She also has experience in construction defect and general business litigation, real estate and trust litigation, consumer claims and unfair business practices, as well as business and corporate transactions.  

Ms. Tuman efficiently and economically coordinates discovery, case investigation and trial preparation, and effectively conducts alternative dispute resolution and settlement negotiations where appropriate.

Ms. Tuman received her B.A. degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1992. She received her J.D. degree from Santa Barbara College of Law in 1996.  She is admitted to practice in all California State Courts and in the United States District Court for the Central District and Northern District of California.
